I didn’t start my career planning to become a therapist.
I completed a Master’s in Public Policy, drawn to the idea of understanding systems and improving people’s lives at a broader level. But it didn’t take long for me to realize that talking about people through policy lenses wasn’t where I felt most alive. I wanted to work with people, to sit with them, understand their stories, and make sense of what happens inside relationships and within ourselves.
That realization led me into over a decade of frontline and clinical social work, where I became deeply immersed in human relationships at every level. I’ve worked with individuals, families, couples, and youth navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, identity, and major life transitions. Over time, I developed a strong belief: most of our pain shows up in communication, but what causes the hurt and misunderstandings runs much deeper.
As a therapist, I help people slow things down and understand themselves and others at a more nuanced level, with compassion and care. I don’t believe therapy should feel confusing or opaque. I explain the process as we go, so you’re never left wondering what we’re doing or why.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and yes, a sense of humor, into the therapy room. I believe laughter and lightness can exist alongside depth and healing.
In our work together, you won’t be judged, rushed, or told what to do. I won’t position myself as the expert on your life, you already are. My role is to walk alongside you, help you make sense of patterns, guide you toward deeper insight, and support you in building skills that actually translate into your real life.
There will be moments where I’m gentle and reflective, and moments where I’m more direct and strategic, always grounded in respect, collaboration, and trust. Growth happens in relationship, and I take that responsibility seriously.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is relational, thoughtful, transparent, and deeply human, I’d be honored to work with you.

Trauma affects us in profound ways, but healing is possible. In our work together, I’ll help you feel safe and supported as you process your experiences and rediscover your strengths. Your healing journey will unfold at your pace, with compassionate and gentle guidance.

Your cultural background, identity, and unique experiences are essential to who you are. As a first-generation immigrant, I understand how cultural transitions and systemic barriers shape our lives. Together, we’ll create a space where your story is valued and honored, making therapy a meaningful and affirming experience.

You already have strengths and resources within you, even if they feel hard to see right now. My role is to help you uncover and build on them. For children and youth, this means celebrating their potential and helping them navigate challenges with confidence. For adults, it’s about rediscovering the resilience and wisdom you already carry.

Healing happens in connection. Our work together will be grounded in trust and collaboration, offering a safe, supportive relationship where you can explore new ways of relating to yourself and others. Whether working with adults, youth, or families, I strive to help you create the meaningful connections you deserve.

Life can feel overwhelming, and being kind to ourselves often feels like the hardest task. Together, we’ll explore mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help you find peace in the present moment and approach life’s challenges with acceptance and grace.
